At Infinity Housing Services, we provide essential support to end homelessness through housing consultation, transition, and sustaining services for individuals and families.
Housing Stabilization Program
Housing Stabilization Services is a new Minnesota Medical Assistance benefit to help people with disabilities, including mental illness and substance use disorder, and seniors find and keep housing.

Housing Consultation
We provide expert guidance to help you navigate the complex housing system and identify your housing needs, preferences, and barriers. We also help you develop a personalized housing support plan and connect with resources and support networks.
Housing Transition
We assist you in planning, finding, and moving to a community home. We also provide support in applying for housing benefits and funding, help with housing search, applications, and assessments, and ensure a safe and smooth move-in process.
We offer ongoing support to help you maintain your home in the community. This includes education and coaching on tenant rights and responsibilities, crisis prevention and intervention, and assistance with housing recertification and maintaining income.
Housing Sustaining
Eligibility
Be on Medical Assistance (MA).
Be 18 years old or older.
Have a documented disability or disabling condition.
Be assessed to require assistance resulting from the presence of a disability or a long-term or indefinite condition.
Be experiencing housing instability or housing distress.
At risk of homelessness.
